Final numbers and details need to be sent over no later than 1 week prior to arrival - after this time we are not able to make amendments.

  • The East Wing which interconnects with the main house, sleeps a further 14 people and is available for an additional charge
  • The minimum stay is 2 nights at weekends and 5 nights at Christmas and New Year
  • For smaller house parties of 10 people or less, we can provide 5 bedrooms and the tariff is reduced by 25%, the remaining rooms will be locked
  • The rent excludes any meals but includes all utilities
  • High summer period - The main six school summer holiday weeks
  • Please note that in High summer period only 7 day Friday to Friday rentals will be considered.
  • Guests may check in at 4pm or later on the day of arrival and must vacate by 10am on the day of departure
  • Well behaved dogs are welcome but they must stay in the wet room for the duration of the stay
  • Utilising the Malborough House situated within 100m we can accomodate 60 guests.
  • Additional Z Beds can be hired for £40 each per stay
  • A refundable security deposit of £1000 is required to be paid before arrival to cover any damage to the property, with the final balance due two months before arrival.

  • Food shopping
  • Unpacking service (Tesco online can deliver)
  • Pre-prepared homemade Aga ready meals
  • Facsimile and photocopier
  • Hire of a 12-seater Landrover, and driver
