We are able to accommodate more people by using cottages on the estate and other accommodation close by.

This tariff is for property rental only.

We offer a meet and greet service at 4pm on the day of arrival (for a later time special arrangements may need to be made).

Final numbers and details need to be sent over no later than 10 days prior to arrival - after this time we are not able to make amendments.

  • 7 night stays are from Friday to Friday except over Christmas and New Year.
  • The minimum stay is 2 nights at weekends and 5 nights at Christmas and New Year.
  • The minimum stay for weekend wedding parties is 2 nights.
  • For smaller house parties of 10 people or less, we can provide 5 bedrooms and the tariff is reduced by 25%. The remaining bedrooms will be locked.
  • The rent excludes any meals but includes all utilities.
  • Guests may check in at 4pm-5:30pm on the day of arrival, and must vacate by 4pm on the day of departure.
  • Well behaved dogs are welcome, however we must be notified when booking. They must stay in the verandah off the kitchen for the duration of your stay and are strictly prohibited from entering the main house or any other buildings.
  • Please note, two weeks notice is required if you wish to hire the swimming pool. The swimming pool must be turned on 4 days prior to arrival at a charge of £80 per day.
  • A refundable security deposit of £1500 is required to be paid before arrival to cover any damage to the property. The final balance is due 2 months prior to arrival.

For larger groups that exceed the full capacity of Park Hall we have excellent relationships with several local hotels and would be happy to arrange additional accommodation on your behalf if required.
