The Malthouse is the latest and most unique addition to the Classic Country Houses portfolio. Located right in the heart of Bromyard, Herefordshire, it is the ideal spot to bring together family and friends for weekend house parties of all descriptions. Looking over the pretty Market Square the building makes the perfect base for exploring the town’s markets, shops, many pubs and famous Dr Who Museum. The biggest draw this unique house has, however, is that the Ground Floor is a pub which will be open to the general public and guests but after closing time come back from a night out to your very own private pub and personnel barman! How special will that be!

The Property - Guest Accommodation

Set out over three floors, the Guest Accommodation will have its own private entrance from the Market Square leading to a open plan lounge and dining area. Warming log fires in winter and a light and airy feel as the two huge bay windows overlook the Market Square, with its quaint tea shop opposite and designer clothes and antique shops boarding other sides of the square. The kitchen for those parties who want to self cater has direct access to this area for easy catering. The 50” plasma over the fireplace makes this the great focal point for gatherings to watch sport, DVDs or Karaoke.

For Christmas there will be six rooms with two family bathrooms available accommodating 22 guests. Very early in 2011 there will be 14 bedrooms offering a mixture of doubles, twins and family rooms spread over two floors. All rooms will be en suite when the refurbishment is completed.
